Andy and Lynn Rolston
Andy coaches managers and leaders through the Manager2Leader programme — built on 20-plus years in business and rugby coaching across New Zealand, Canada and England. He brings the training field into the room. Practical, direct, and grounded in what actually changes how people lead.
Lynn is a Maxwell Method DISC specialist who helps teams understand how they communicate — and how to do it better. She sees the patterns that create friction and gives people a language to talk about them honestly.
